PTO Meeting Minutes 7/6/21
- Bylaws and Amendments
- Bylaws were reviewed for redundancies and addition of new bylaws and amendments.
2. Spirit Shirts
- Various spirit shirts were presented to be voted on for the years staff, student, and community spirit shirts. Once shirts are approved by GLE admin they will be posted on the website and advertised for sale.
3. Budget for the year
- The budget for the year was drafted and discussed. The fall fundraiser, various grants and the shade cover were also discussed and information updated.
4. First Day of School
- Ideas for first day of school activities were discussed. Meet the teacher was also discussed. PTO will contact admin to get approval to have a table at meet the teacher to advertise PTO and give membership information.
5. Voting on PTO Logo/Graphic
- PTO logo graphics were presented and voted on. The approved logo can be found below. This graphic will be used on various PTO materials and advertisements to represent the GLE PTO.
