 PTO Board Meeting

March 8, 2022

• Shelly, Tiffany & Nicole had a meeting with the coaches to go over field day & color wars.
• See attached for meeting meetings.
• Need to decide what we are going to help pay for.
• Coaches will provide Friday what they want to rent. 
• Volunteers will be needed.  

• Possible Sonic spirit night. 
• Need to find out how many we can have.

• Agreed on Barn Hill Preserve to come the last week of April.

• Spent $15 on bags and $7.50 on pennies.

• If we vote yes we need to agree on a budget.

1. We have $35 left over from the lucky penny budget. Voted on giving an extra $40 with the $35. 

• Do more car rider duty dressed up or not.
• Every Friday morning & holiday morning. 
• If it’s not a dress up day then we wear our PTO shirts. 

• In May, we need to start getting donations.
• Theme is “it’s a treat to have you.”
• Monday: breakfast (donuts & kolaches)
• Tuesday: snacks & water
• Wednesday: Chick-Fi-La & chips 
• Thursday: cookies & coffee
• Friday: Nacho Day

• Has this been ordered? 
• Nicole will bring iPad to sell to the PTO. $50

• Do we want to purchase since the old one had to be thrown away and set up a photo area on Friday during lunch hours?
• 4/6 approval needed
• $2 per photo
• Backdrop budget $40

• Do we want to purchase for the halls or just do duck tape on the floors?
• Need to look into the cost of 4 hallways.

• Do we want to give an allowance for each teacher?
• How much if so?
• We would need a separate checking account for record purposes.
• Will do for teachers only. No specials or Paras. 
• Will start next year 22’-23’. 
• 41 teachers x $75 each = $3075
• Will not roll over to the following year. 
• Teachers will email a link of what they want and we will purchase it for them. 
• Can only be used for educational purposes. 

• Need to make sure that we are advertising.
• Setup all food and drink orders in time. 
• There will be a google doc to be filled out for badges. 
• 700 donuts a day
• Need a new quote (Tiffany will get)
• April 8th the drink order needs to be put in.
