 PTO Public Meeting

March 15, 2022

• Field Day May 13

• Volunteers for Kona Ice, concession, and events.
• Flyers will be put in the gazette. 
• Kona Ice will come for free if we sell at least 450 snow cones. 
• $2 for 9oz
• $3 for 12oz

• Sonic spirit night. 
• To help pay for field day.

• Made $120 so far gross. 
• Spent $7.50 on pennies + glue dots

• Agreed on Barn Hill Preserve to come the last week of April for assembly.
• Still waiting on confirmation from Barn Hill Preserve. 

• Order forms going home ASAP
• Due back 3/25/22.

• Our own fundraiser with our spirit merchandise.
• Need to decide on a prize for selling.
• $100> bracelet
• $200> bracelet + lanyard
• $300> bracelet + lanyard + glow party
• $400> bracelet + lanyard + glow party + skating night 
• Dates of fundraiser 3/21-4/1

• In May, we need to start getting donations.
• 5/1-5/6
• Theme is “It’s a treat to have you.”
• Monday: breakfast (donuts & kolaches) (Sam’s)
• Tuesday: Snacks & Water (Sam’s)
• Wednesday: Chick-Fi-La Sandwiches, and salads & chips (Chick-Fi-La & Sam’s)
• Thursday: Cookies & Coffee (Sam’s)
• Friday: Nacho Day (Sam’s)
• Will be setup in the front office
• Permission given by T. Parker 

• 4/6 During lunches
• $2 per photo
• Backdrop budget $40
• Will delivered 3/17-3/25
• Will be posted in gazette

• Need to look into the cost of 4 hallways.
• There's a pack on Amazon that will cover all 4 hallways for $170.

• There will be a google doc to be filled out for badges. 
• Volunteers needed
• K, 2nd, 4th, 6th 4/21 7:15
• Pre-k, 1st, 3rd, 5th 4/22 7:15
• We will setup a merch table
• There will be a photo backdrop that the parents can use at their leisure. 
• Tiffany will be getting a quote from Hometown donuts.
